Synopsis: Everything is not what one sees on the surface! Looks are deceptive. Rohan a City boy who pines for a girl who does not ape the decadent west finds this out the hard way! Rohan, Screen Printer, pull himself up out of the city and transplant himself in a distance town. Though critical of the denim-clad, bubble gum chewing T-shirt girls of the City. Rohan falls for a shop girl in Bandarawela – Sharon – who is always seen in jeans and T-shirts. Annoyed by Rohan’s constant visits to her shop, the shop owner sacks her and she disappears without a trace. Around this time a Sarong and Jacket wearing model like girl appears at the place where he is boarded. Indiwarie, a religious type woman, given to meditating but wearing the village type clothes in fashionable manner, attracts Rohan very much. He is happy to find the girl of his dreams – quiet, well behaved and simple yet so pretty! His dream is shattered when he visits Colombo, he is told what bad little pretty woman Indiwarie is! Whom should he believe…? The gossip told so believably by his Colombo friends or his personal experience in his place of residence at Bandarawela. Seeing is believing! However Rohan soon realizes not the believe in everything that he sees!
