Synopsis: A story of Two Police Sargents during the end days of the Colonial rule. They are being assigned the “Grave Yard” shift of duty. Because of a commotion at the Royal Cemetery, these two Sargent Nallathambi and Sargent Gnanapala are sent there to investigate. The first round ends up with the Sargents in their competitiveness to out do each other end up raiding an illicit liquor (Kassippu) distillery and being blamed for returning too early from heir duties. In the dream of Sargent Nallathambi, in their second round, they confront the Governor and the Police Chief, of the time in the cemetery where during a series of rib – tickling series of inc the Governor’s beautiful wife falls in love with the Sargent – Sargent Nallathambi….. Will the Policement and the lovers?
